Peanut Butter Popcorn

Add a sweet treat to your next group meeting.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup corn syrup or honey
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • 2 quarts popped corn

Directions:

Cook the sugar and corn syrup/honey to a rolling boil. Then remove from heat and add the peanut butter and vanilla.

Pour everything over the popcorn in a large bowl, stir to coat, and serve!
