One-Pan Chicken and Rice

A tasty dinner that is easy to make


  • 1 ½ cups cooked rice
  • 2 ¼ cups water
  • 2 packages chicken bouillon
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 chicken thighs

This is an absolutely fantastic dinner, and so easy to make!

Mix the rice and water with the two bouillon packages and the can of soup. Then lay the chicken thighs on top of the mixture and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour while covered with foil, and then bake for an additional hour without the foil. That's it!
