One-Year Bible Study Track for Teens

One-Year Bible Study Track for Teens

A year's worth of Bible studies for teenagers

Overview

One of the most tedious parts of leading a Bible study is deciding on and ordering all of the materials. We've taken the pain out of that by putting together a one-year curriculum for teens. If you lead a youth group, teach a teen Sunday school class, or homeschool teens, these studies will give you variety, depth, and interest. Or maybe your teen would like to work through a year's worth of studies on their own or with a friend.

We've assembled a nice mix of studies that includes topics such as an overview of the Bible, how to live the Christian life 24/7, how to have an eternal impact, dealing with spiritual warfare, and how to prepare for life after high school. We've also thrown in a study of the Narnia books and 13 movie discussion guides to add variety and to keep things fun.

Because of our downloadable studies and liberal policy that allows you to make up to 1,000 copies, gone are the days that you have to put in advance orders and collect money for each study book.

In this packet, we've included 55 sessions, so you are covered for more than a year! And because it would be costly to order the studies individually, we've discounted them as a package by more than 50%.

Crash Course of the Bible

More Bibles are sold than any other book, yet few understand this bestseller. Why do we need both an Old and New Testament? Who are the main characters in the Bible and what significance do they have? Can anybody who isn't a Bible scholar really understand this complex book? The good news is we can. (6 sessions)

Fantasy Reveals Truth

This course contains 13 discussion guides on a variety of popular fantasy movies. This resource will help you think about these movies from a Christian perspective, and how they do—or do not—illustrate biblical principles. This course can even be used to host a film festival. (13 sessions)

James: Living the Christian Life 24/7

What does a real relationship with Jesus look like day-in and day-out? The Book of James is all about what it means to follow Christ 24/7. It explores spiritual maturity, and how to grow up in the faith. Every verse is easy to understand but not at all easy to implement. This book teaches us about real faith by giving us God's Word on some of the most daily realities of following Jesus, including suffering, temptation, obedience, social justice and compassion, speech, and prayer. (6 sessions)

The Chronicles of Narnia Course

These seven beloved stories by C. S. Lewis weave great scriptural truths into our lives. In light of that, we've created a Bible study course which covers all of these books separately, so when you receive the course, you can study one particular book or all of them in a series. You'll enjoy thinking through the spiritual principles these books bring to the forefront, and how they apply to your life. (7 sessions)

Acts: How to Have an Eternal Impact

To have an eternal impact we need to understand what's important to God. As we catch his heart, we can be driven by God's mission: to live not in search of self-fulfillment but in a continual, dynamic, personal relationship with God and to help others do the same. The Book of Acts helps us see our need for an eternal mission, which includes joy in Christ, connecting with others, using our gifts, and making Christ what our lives are about. (5 sessions)

Teens & Sex

It seems few topics are more interesting than sex. Find out through God's Word the marvel of this wonderful creation of his and how he wants us to use it. This study not only discusses sex, but also your relationship with your parents and how to gain confidence. There is also a companion course for parents that can be purchased separately. (5 sessions)

Spiritual Warfare

All believers are caught up in a great war between God and Satan, and have been given full armor—the spiritual equipment needed to defeat the enemy. If we could just for a moment see Lucifer and his legions of demonic forces, we would forever give up fighting him in our own strength. We would run to God's armory and take up the "whole armor of God" so that we might stand and fight in the evil day. This study looks at how to do that. (6 sessions)

Preparing for Life After High School

The four years of high school go by quickly. Many decisions are right around the corner. Help prepare for them with this Bible study course intended to focus on issues such as new friendships, spiritual growth, and a healthy lifestyle. (7 sessions)
