The Power of Truth

How it can bring freedom

To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said, "If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free" (John 8:31-32). The truth is powerful. Like a scalpel, it can heal or injure, depending on the way in which it is wielded.

Tell about a time when telling the truth set you free. Or, tell about a time when someone else told you a truth that set you free.
