Hot Tea Cider

Warm your group members with a seasonal drink

6 apple-cinnamon or other fruit-flavored tea bags
4 black tea bags
¾ cup orange juice
½ tsp cinnamon
⅓ cup sugar
¼ cup lemon juice
1 slice candied ginger (optional)
Boiling water

In 4 cups of boiling water, steep 6 apple-cinnamon or other fruit-flavored tea bags, plus 4 black tea bags. Once the tea has steeped, add orange juice, lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, and 6 more cups of boiling water.

This is always a wonderful winter brew because it's delicious and inexpensive, even for a large crowd.

Yield: 11 cups
