I purchased a Multi-User Membership. How do I sign up my leaders?

How to Sign Up Your Leaders

If you purchased a Church Membership to, you have a number of seats on the account for your ministry's leaders. Each leader can have his or her own user name and password, giving full access to all the site's resources. Plus, leaders will have their own cabinet to save and sort their favorite materials. Here's how to sign up your leaders:

  1. Visit My Account by following this link or clicking the My Account button at the top-right of any page.
  2. Click on the "My Subscriptions" tab and use the gray box at the top to log in with your user name and password.
  3. The screen reads "Subscriptions" at the top, and should be one of the products in that category.
  4. Click on the link that says "Manage Seats" under the column labeled "Actions."
  5. Click on the button labeled "Send Invitation."
  6. There are two ways to add group leaders:
    1. Send an invitation. Enter your leaders' e-mail addresses in the first box. Then click "send invitation." Your leaders will receive an e-mail invitation and can complete registration on their own.
    2. Register leaders manually. Type in your leaders' names and e-mail addresses, then click the button labeled "register." Your leaders will receive a confirmation e-mail with their login information.

Remember, you can visit My Account at any time to sign up your leaders later.
