As an introvert, I really struggle with small talk. It feels shallow and inauthentic, and I'm never quite sure what to ask or say.
But when we meet people, small talk is inevitable. Especially as we kick off the fall season and invite people to our small groups. So introvert or extrovert, we can all use some tips to strike up more meaningful, authentic conversations that actually help us get to know one another.
