There is a natural tension between nurture and evangelism in most groups. Nurture is natural and easy; evangelism is often not as easy. Here is a list of things you can try in your group to keep evangelism as a focus.
Prayer. Pray that the members of your group will begin to have a real heart for the lost and that they will be open to reaching out to others.
