Tacos in a Bag

Bring a little spice to your next meeting.

1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
10 small bags corn chips
Lettuce, shredded
2 large tomatoes, chopped
Salsa or taco sauce
1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
Sour cream

Brown beef. Add seasoning mix according to package directions, then add beans. Simmer until thickened. Crush the corn chips in their individual bags. Spoon meat into each chip bag. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, salsa/taco sauce, cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Enjoy with plastic forks for easy and quick cleanup!

Note: If your group has any vegetarians, simply eliminate the meat from the appropriate number of bags and add a few extra beans.
