God's Grace and Strength

Use subgroups to help group members explore God's grace in the midst of hardship.

Purpose: To help us grasp how God's grace and strength help us in our life's mission.

Activity: Break into subgroups of three or four. Assign each subgroup one of the following Scriptures: 2 Corinthians 6:4-10; 2 Corinthians 12:9-10; Galatians 2:20-21.

After reading the passage, ask each person in the group to share an example of when God's grace has sustained them even in the midst of hardship. When all of the subgroups have finished sharing, allow time for any volunteers who wish to share out loud with the entire group.
