If you downloaded an item from the store but can't seem to find where it went, please follow these instructions to re-download your item:
- Click on the My Account button, located in the Member Center at the top of the right navigation.
- Sign into your account. You are a Registered User, since you have already downloaded an item.
- Click on the Store Purchases tab on the top navigation
- Click on the order number you're looking for
- Right-click and choose "Save Target As"
- Save the file on your computer
- Repeat steps 4-6 above for each item you want to download again.
