Connecting Your Small Group
As a leader, should I call the members of my small group? If so, how often?

Yes, I think you should call them. How often depends on their walk with our Lord. Are they having any problems? Are they struggling spiritually? Have they missed a couple of gatherings or Sundays at Church? How is their growth? Do they need special prayer? I believe if you are connected with your group, you can "feel" where they are, and allow the Holy Spirit to lead you. One thing I do, is send them e- cards 1-2 times a month, just to let them know I'm thinking about them, and to just encourage them. I make sure they have my number and e-mail address, and that I'm available anytime. Be sure to include them in your prayer time.
