Write these different scenarios on index cards and then pass them out randomly to people in your group. Give everyone a few minutes to think of a response, and then have people share their answers one by one. Allow the group to help if someone gets stuck.

  • What would you do if you knew a co-worker was being treated unfairly?
  • What would you do if your best friend was treating his or her children too harshly in front of others?
  • What would you do if you went to a movie that was shamelessly degrading minorities and women?
  • What would you do if you found a diamond ring outside a local restaurant?
  • What would you do if your pastor said something that you found fundamentally wrong?
  • What would you do if you saw your child's teacher out at a restaurant, and she was obviously drunk?
  • What would you do if a convicted child molester moved into your neighborhood?
  • What would you do if you knew your close friend was drinking too much?
  • What would you do if you knew about a friend cheating on the books at work?
