Purpose: To help people talk about their dreams

Activity: Hand out a sheet of paper to all of your group members, and make a selection of crayons, markers, and/or colored pencils available to everyone. Ask this question: "When you have idle time and catch yourself daydreaming, what is the most frequent topic of those daydreams?" (Answers can range from a vacation to younger days to freedom from a particular oppression, and so on.)

After everyone has had a minute or so to think of an answer, have them draw a quick sketch of something on their paper that represents that daydream. Then ask those who are willing to share their drawing and what it means to do so.
