Pop a bag of popcorn before your group meets. Pass the popcorn around your group instructing them to take some. Starting with yourself and moving around the circle have each person share one thing, per kernel of popcorn, for which they are thankful. (If they took 4 kernels then they will share 4 things for which they are thankful)
