The Mystery of God's Freedom and Grace

The Mystery of God's Freedom and Grace

Why did an omniscient God create humankind knowing that so many would reject him?

Overview

We think that an all-knowing God should have given us the ability to always do right. But from the beginning, humans have disobeyed God and chosen to sin instead. Why did God give us the freedom to walk away from his perfect will? And why does he offer abounding grace to us when we have created such a mess of the world? In this study, we'll use a CHRISTIANITY TODAY article by Timothy George to explore some of these questions.
