It would be helpful if there was an explanation given as to why the answers are the correct ones.

The survey needs improvement. I agree with J. K. Hill's evaluations. Also several questions had more than one answer, but this was not indicated in the question. The last question forced one of two answers. The answer is not that simple.

As the pastor in charge of small groups at our church I do not agree with your answers to the following questions: #1. Having people wait 10-30 sec before answering questions is dangerous. Most of the time there is already a 7-10 sec. period of awkward silence after a question is asked in a small group setting. 10-30 seconds will feel like an eternity, this would most likely result in NO one answering the question. #3. I think it is much more appropriate to make a phone call in a situation like this, emails are easily misinterpreted and this can be a sensitive subject. The rest of the survey was GREAT and I plan to use it in my next small group host training!

Seems to be working fine for me today... Perhaps it needs a newer version of Java? (I'm running Firefox 3.0.10 with Java Platform SE 6 U12). It's a good review tool and gets one thinking about how to refine key elements in how small group can best interact.
