Don't give up on coaching—it's relational work and, therefore, sometimes difficult. But the impact multiplies when a leader is impacted. The ripple effect at the group level goes on and on—far beyond your ability to see. So just stand back and smile, knowing that the seed you sow in a leader's life today will bear fruit in a group tomorrow. That's the blessing of coaching leaders.
